Most Americans will experience foot problems at some time in their lives. In this class we will look at how to work with trigger points and specific release positions that focus on the bones of the foot to create effective changes in pain and function including a reduction in muscle spasm and increased freedom of movement.  We will look at the anatomy of the foot, explore specific positional release techniques for bones of the foot and ankle plus consider specific conditions like plantar fasciitis.
