In order for your payment to go through successfully, you must fill out everything under the billing information. If you do not have an apartment number please enter "House" or "N/A". Payments are processed immediately and you will receive an email confirmation as soon as the order is complete.
In accordance to our Cancellation Policy: All registrations are non-refundable. If you cannot attend a class you have registered for The New Age Spa Institute must be notified seven (7) business days before the class date. Your entire payment will be transferred to any other class offered by The New Age Spa Institute within the next three (3) months (some exclusions apply*). After three (3) months your entire payment will be forfeited and no credit for future classes will be issued. Full payment must be received before the class in order to participate in that class.

Unfortunately, once an account has been made the Username cannot be changed. However, you may edit all other information within your account.

Missing a mobile purchase? If you purchased a course on iOS or Android, it's possible that the course was not registered to your account. Please email your purchase receipt to firstname.lastname@example.org. Do you have multiple e-mail accounts? If you use multiple e-mail accounts, or have a Facebook or Google account, try logging in with the associated e-mail address.
