Shine and gloss create a healthy-looking plump pout that help disguise dry “winter skin” lips if they aren’t ready for center stage. Recreate this look with any lipgloss, but anything with vitamins and nourishing oils should be your go-to.

Vivid Neon is all over the runway.  Artists opt for the neon teals, blues, and yellows instead of the basic boring black and browns. Spring is the season to step outside of your everyday-makeup comfort zone. Create this look with the gel AMC eyeliner by Inglot. All you have to do is extend that blush beyond in upward strokes. Have fun with placement.
