Des Plaines is the home of the first franchised McDonald’s opened by Ray Kroc in 1955, which is currently preserved as a museum. It is also the home of the New Age Spa Institute. NASI’s goal is to provide both comfortable learning and a true spa experience for our Des Plaines students. As our students’ progress and master different treatments, they have the opportunity to work on outside clients during clinics. As a matter of fact, students perform a variety of treatments from facials, body treatments, and waxing services to full body massages. Not only do we guide our students through their program but our students can count on us after graduation to help them become successful professionals.
